“This is the pair I’d point a student or a new stylist toward — the pastel-and-rose-gold look is lovely and the micro-serration edge is genuinely forgiving while you’re building control on blunt lines and club cutting. The honest limitation is that micro-serration: it grips beautifully but it isn’t the edge for clean slide cutting, where you want a smooth convex blade instead. As an everyday cutter at this price it’s hard to fault, just know what the serrated edge is and isn’t for.”
